Login Issues

A few Spokt users have indicated they’re having trouble logging in or resetting their password today.

If you are experiencing a similar issue, try clearing browser cookies:

    ***I have been sending invites to the following e-mail address and she keeps e-mailing me that the invites are not working for her. Her e-mail address is: [ REDACTED ].
    ***I also sent an invite to my wife who eventually found it in her junk mail box but when she tried to join the blue link she had to click on did not do anything. \It appeared to be a live link but wouldn’t work?

      Hi Ernie, it looks like she must have figured this out because the invitation with that address has been accepted. Can you confirm?

  5. We to had problems but after sending e-mails to our classmates asking them to look at the spam file they had know problems. At first I had entered one number or letter wrong at didn’t realize it. But now we are having great success inviting classmates
    Can’t wait to see all the changes you are going to make.

    I am trying to set up a new account and migrate our info over from myfamily.com. I can’t even set up an account. I’m not sure why. I type in the name and email address. Then when I type in the user info, it kicks me back to the first page. I can’t go any farther. What am I doing wrong? I have cleared my browsing history and have tried on both IE and Chrome. I’m nervous about signing up for this site if I’m already having problems making an account.

  9. I have carefully recorded my ID and password but after asking my browser to save it I have been advised my ID and Password are incorrect.

    I do not want to change it. Can you suggest why this is happening?

    Unable to sign on after clearing cookies. Have changed password, same results.
    Advice?

      Could you please try a few things for me?

      1) If you see the “Logout” button in the top right hand corner of the site, then please click it. What happens?

      2)If you are not logged out, then please quit your browser application, then restart and try clicking this link:
      http://spokt.com/logout

      If you still cannot logout, please delete your cookies and try steps 1 and 2 again. If you are successfully logged out, go to step 3

      3) Do you now see a “Join Now” link at the top of the screen? If so, click the Login link to the left of that, or follow this link):
      http://spokt.com/user_sessions/new

      Can you see the login screen? If so, then please enter your EMAIL ADDRESSS and password, then click the green “LOGIN” button.

      Does this log you in? Or do you get an error?

    The Misawa site administrator sent me my login and a temp password;
    everything worked beautifully, then I received my Hakata site login
    and password and it worked. When logging in to the ex-misawa site,
    it swithed my default hub to the hakata site and now that’s all I
    can get. What did I do?

    I have been unable to reach the spokt log in page for the past two weeks. No matter how I try to access spokt, it times out,
    I have deleted cookies, saved data, cached data, etc. on both my desktop and laptop computers then reboot, to no avail. At spokt official site I click on login. The tab above URL line shows spokt login, flashes and comes back waiting spokt login. Tries but nothing more happens.

    Is there something else that can be done?
